Chennai Realtors runs service apartments and guest houses in Chennai. The activity of managing guest houses in Chennai for corporates started over 6 years ago and currently Chennai Realtors runs its own service apartments / guest houses in prime Cenotaph Road area, chennai in the Central Business District and in Perungudi off Rajiv Gandhi Salai / OMR, Chennai which is the IT corridor.

Two guesthouses of 4 rooms each are being run exclusively for corporates in 2 different locations - Kotturpuram and Nelson Manickam Road in Chennai. Chennai Realtors’ own guesthouses called “The Only Place - Cenotaph” located off the prime arterial road in Chennai – Anna Salai has 3 bedrooms and “The Only Place - Perungudi” has 30 bedrooms.
